Nominate an Alumnus/a

Each year, the College of Arts and Sciences and the University at Buffalo Alumni Association recognize outstanding alumni during separate awards ceremonies. The College presents its awards during a fall awards reception and the UB Alumni Association honors alumni at a spring gala.

Alumni awards provide recognition to deserving alumni and helps showcase the lives and accomplishments of successful alumni to current University at Buffalo students.

Categories include:

  • Distinguished Alumni (with outstanding career accomplishments)
  • Humanitarian Alumni
  • Young Distinguished Alumni (with outstanding career accomplishments & under the age of 40)
  • Outstanding Educators
