Mr. Ronald M. Schreiber is currently a Partner in Softbank Capital, as well as the Managing Partner of Seed Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to Softbank, Mr. Schreiber co-founded ClientLogic, formerly SOFTBANK Services Group, and was co-CEO and Chairman of the Upgrade Corp. of America, the predecessor company to SOFTBANK Services Group. ClientLogic is now the eighth largest outsourced call center provider in the world with over 10,000 employees. Prior to ClientLogic, Mr. Schreiber was a co-founder of Ingram Micro, the world's largest wholesale software distributor with $23B in sales. He also served on the executive management team at Ingram for three years. Mr. Schreiber is actively involved in community affairs and currently serves on the board of directors of the Regional Development Corporation, BuffLink, and Ciminelli Construction Company. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the UB Foundation, Inc. and is a member of the College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Advisory Council at the University at Buffalo. In addition, Mr. Schreiber serves on the board of several of Seed Capital Partner's portfolio companies, including AEB, Cyber-Ark, Optodot and Polychromix. He resides in Amherst, New York with his wife Sherry and their two sons, Evan and Aaron.
