Michael Rosenberg

Mr. Michael A. Rosenberg, Attorney, runs his own law office in New York City.  He has been a sole practitioner of law since March, 1974.  Litigation practice includes plaintiffs’ and defendants’ representation in commercial claims, including heavy volume of commercial collections.  Commercial practice includes representation of lenders, both institutional and private, on secured loans including medallion financing within New York City; real estate transfers of both commercial and residential property; small corporation organization and representation.  Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association; New York State Trial Lawyers Association; past treasurer of the Consular Law Society; trustee of the Board of Directors of Temple Judea of Manhasset, and Legal Counsel to the Board of Trustees and Co-chairman of its Committee on Endowments, Constitution Committee and Ways and Means; member of the Board of Directors of the State University of New York at Buffalo National Alumni Association; and member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity.  Mr. Rosenberg received his Bachelors degree in Philosophy in 1965 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and his JD in 1969 from the Suffolk University School of Law.
