Kenneth Fuchs

Dr. Kenneth Fuchs is Senior Vice President and Litigation Counsel of Prudential Equity Group, LLC, formerly known as Prudential Securities Incorporated, in New York City. He has worked in the securities industry as in-house counsel for some 15 years, including at Wachovia Securities, LLC and The DBL Liquidating Trust. Prior to that he was in private practice with a Wall Street firm, including five years in its European office in Paris. Dr. Fuchs graduated with a BSFS (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University, earned an MA and PhD in Political Science from the University at Buffalo and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law. He has served on the College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Advisory Council for over five years and is former Chair of the Constituent Development Committee.
