Joseph Esposito

Mr. Joseph P. Esposito is a Partner with Hunton & Williams LLP, in Washington, D.C. He earned his BA magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo in 1975, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and served as city editor of the college newspaper. He received his JD in 1978 from the New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Annual Survey of American Law. Mr. Esposito is the co-author of The Seventh Amendment Right to a Jury Trial in Customs Penalty Cases, 10 Federal Circuit Bar Journal 457 (2001), and the author of Peer Review Privilege. He serves on the Federal Practice Task Force of the ABA Section of Litigation, and also heads the Section's Corporate Counsel Committee Law School Speakers Program. In 2004, Mr. Esposito was named to the BTI Client Service All-Star Team (90 lawyers nationwide singled out by Fortune 1000 general counsel for providing superior client service).
